Zingiberaceae Curcuma Longa Rhizome formed by extraction and crystallization. Product is brown yellow powder, soluble in ethanol, and alkaline solutions, good thermal stability. Be used in cakes, candy, canned food, soft drinks, pickles, etc; because of its heat, whet the spleen, ventilation, coloring effects, high medicinal value has been widely used in medical industry.

Turmeric extract

Turmeric root extraction and concentration process refined by the appearance of reddish brown viscous liquid paste, with a special aroma. Composed primarily of and parts of turmeric Curcumin class. Should be used for meat products, aquatic products, agricultural products, sugar, food coloring.

Water-soluble Curcumin

Curcumin or turmeric extract refined and modified the appearance of Red liquid, soluble in water. Be used in noodles, sweets, pastries, beverages, juices, ice cream, spices and other food coloring.

Oil-soluble Curcumin

Curcumin or turmeric extract refined and modified the appearance of reddish-brown liquid, soluble in oil. Applied to bread, pastries, condiments, egg products, such as food coloring.
