Using star anise as raw material by supercritical extraction or steam distilled essential oils. Colourless or pale yellow liquid, anethole aroma and sweet taste, easily soluble in alcohol, ether and chloroform. Widely used in the flavor industry, is baked goods, candy, alcohol, carbonated beverages and tobacco of good flavor, flavor enhancer.
